1. WHAT IS A PRIVACY POLICY AND TO WHOM DOES IT APPLY?

1.2. The Data Controller determines the purposes and means of processing of your personal data, uses natural and/or legal persons to process your personal data on behalf of the Data Controller and in accordance with the instructions of the Data Controller, in compliance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR”), the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Personal Data Protection, as well as the requirements for the processing of personal data stipulated by other legal acts.
1.3. Persons under the age of 16 may not submit any personal data through the Website or at the Data Controller’s office. If you are a person who is under 16 years of age, you must obtain the consent of your parents or other legal guardians before providing personal information to the Data Controller.
1.4. 2. HOW DO WE COLLECT AND USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

2.1 Your personal data may be collected in the following ways:
2.1.1. when you come to the Data Controller’s office or remotely (by phone, email, etc.) when using the Data Controller’s Services, when you have signed a contract with the Data Controller for the provision of the Services and/or when negotiating the provision of the Services prior to the signing of the contract, when paying for the Services, or when cooperating in any other way;
2.1.2. by submitting opinions, comments, likes, mentions and becoming a follower on the Website and/or social networks owned by the Data Controller (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
2.1.3. By contacting the Data Controller directly through the Website via the enquiry/registration form or the contacts provided and/or by sending messages via social media platforms;
2.1.3.1. When you submit an enquiry/registration form on the Website, the Data Controller collects and processes your name, email address, telephone number, the subject and the comment/message you have provided. This personal data is processed on the basis of the consent you have expressed by actively submitting an enquiry/registration form. If you do not provide this personal data, the Data Controller will not be able to respond to your enquiry/registration form on the Website.
2.1.3.2. The retention period for the personal data contained in enquiries/registration forms is 12 months. If a legal dispute is initiated or is likely to be initiated in relation to the enquiry/registration form, the Data Controller may keep the data for a longer period of time until the expiry of the statutory periods of limitation for lodging a complaint or bringing an action, and/or until a final judgment has been delivered.
2.1.3.3. The Data Controller shall only use the data of the person submitting the enquiry/registration form in order to be able to process the enquiry/registration form in a proper and objective manner, to provide the necessary information, to answer questions, or to resolve requests or claims. 2.1.3.4. Each person providing information to the Data Controller must also comply with the requirements for the protection of personal information: do not include personal data in the title of either the letter or the request; only include in the body of the letter, request, registration or application the amount of personal data that is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the message/request/registration is sent.

3. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

3.3. All of your personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to ensure the proper preparation of responses to inquiries made on the Website and/or social networking platforms, the provision of the Services in accordance with the contracts for the provision of our services, and for the purposes related thereto, as well as for the purpose of complying with the legal obligations to which the Data Controller is bound.

4.1. We transfer your personal data to the following recipients:

5. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE UNDER PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW?

5.1. The Data Controller shall ensure the exercise of your rights in accordance with personal data protection legislation. They entitle you to:
5.1.1. to request confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether the Data Controller processes data relating to you and, if it does, to request access to the data processed and the information relating to it;
5.1.2. to request the Data Controller to correct inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete information or to supplement the information used;
5.1.3. request the Data Controller to delete the information that the Data Controller holds about you if it is used unlawfully;
5.1.4. submit a request to the Data Controller to restrict the processing of information held about you – where you contest the accuracy of the data or object to the processing of the data, do not consent to the erasure of your unlawfully processed data, or where you need the data in order to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
5.1.5. to object to the use of your personal data – where the Data Controller uses your personal data in order to carry out a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of a public authority function entrusted to the Data Controller and/or the processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or a third party;
5.1.6. to make a request to the Data Controller to transfer/receive the data that you have provided to the Data Controller in accordance with a contract for the provision of services or with your consent/expression of consent and that are processed by the Data Controller by means of automated means, in a commonly used electronic form;
5.1.7. withdraw the consents given to the Data Controller for the use of information about you – where we use personal data on the basis of your consent;
5.1.8. lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State where you are domiciled or where the alleged infringement of the GDPR took place, and seek judicial remedies.
5.2. In cases where the Data Controller receives a request/enquiry about the data of a specific person, we can only provide the data once we have identified that the interested party is indeed the person whose data is requested. This can be done by presenting a valid identity document in the Republic of Lithuania at the Data Controller’s office;
5.3. All your requests are listed on page 5.1 of the Rules. shall be submitted in accordance with Regulations 5.4. p. using the contact details below. Upon receipt of your request, the Data Controller will promptly implement it (rectify, delete and make available for consultation the personal data collected about you within 1-2 working days and within 20 calendar days, where you request it in writing).

6. MODIFICATION OF THE RULES

6.2. Amendments or changes to the Rules shall come into force from the date of their publication on the Website.
